Shipping Policy 

 

We at TOUI understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

  • All orders for Delhi NCR are delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • All orders for other parts of India are delivered within 3-7 days working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.]
  • We do not have cash on delivery available as of now.
  • For bulk orders (over 20 litres) please do feel free to contact us at care@touiskin.in

 

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

 

  • If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/ defect.
  • Please email us at care@touiskin.in within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
  • We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
  • Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • All products once purchased are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure you check the package within 24 hours of delivery, we won’t be able to accept any return/cancellation/exchange after 24 hours.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been picked up by courier already.
  • In case you need to cancel your order, please write to us at care@touiskin.in with your order details.

 

TOUI reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
